Alfasigma USA, Inc. Shipping Policy

 

  • VSL#3® orders received Monday through Wednesday by 3:00pm EST will ship out the same day in temperature-controlled packaging. Orders received after the 3:00pm EST cutoff or on Thursday-Sunday will be processed on the next shipping day.
  • VSL#3® orders are shipped UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days) and delivered Wednesday through Friday by 4:30pm to most areas and by 7pm to residential areas.  Some deliveries may be received on the next business day.
  • NOTE: UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box you must provide a physical street address.
  • Alfasigma USA, Inc. only ships VSL#3® orders within the United States.
  • Alfasigma USA, Inc. cannot ship to an APO address since we cannot guarantee UPS 2nd Day delivery.
  • UPS Same Day Air shipping may be requested for orders received Monday through Thursday, however additional shipping charges will apply. This does not include an option to select a Saturday delivery.
  • Alfasigma USA, Inc. does not require a signature for delivery. It is at the discretion of the UPS driver to obtain signature for a delivery or leave a package at your door where it may be subject to theft.  Alfasigma USA, Inc. is not responsible for stolen orders.
  • Your credit card is authorized upon checkout. Authorization confirms the funds are available and places the funds on hold.  Your credit card is not charged until the order has shipped.
  • Once your order is placed Alfasigma USA, Inc. will email you an order confirmation.
  • After your order has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains your tracking number and a link to click on and track your order. Because UPS tracking information is not available to us until after your order has shipped, this email notification may be delayed by one day. 
  • Due to the proximity of our warehouse to the UPS airport/shipping center, your tracking information may not update the status of the shipment until your package has reached your local UPS shipping center, generally the morning after your order was processed.
